Flashback to 1919, Dorchester, VA - Hattie meets J.T. Fields and secures funding for her education

Party gathers at Strong Water, a coffee establishment in Paradise

Plan is set for investigating the warehouse address given to Odysseus by his assailant upon interrogation

Zadock and Hattie go into the compound, draw off most of the folks with a sermon, despite the heckler

Odysseus, Ezell and Arthur make their way in

Arthur inspects lumber, Odyessus and Ezell work their way up to the office

A very large man arrives by car and walks into the warehouse

The man, Enoch Dyer, is the supervisor of the Locke Rail warehouse next to the rail station

He invites Odysseus and Ezell into the office, later Arthur

Enoch allows Arthur and Ezell to inspect the lumber piles

Odysseus accuses Enoch of sending men after him, Enoch doesn't deny this

Enoch says he'll do what he wants and asks Odysseus to leave

Enoch works for someone, but does not reveal who

The lumber inspection is within contract tolerances

Zadock knows there is more than one Locke working in Paradise (Nathaniel Locke being the head of the Paradise office), and that they commute in via rail from Baker's Gap and Witherton

Tabs notes that there's something off about Enoch, like the absence of something

Odysseus notes to himself that Tabs has described a Hollow Man, which he has encountered sometime before

Monday (it's currently Saturday), the party plans to either take the wagon (a Radio Flyer), car or train to Baker's Gap
